Loyal Wedding Photography~Jess and Ryan

Saturday was Jessica and Ryan’s beautiful wedding. We had a great time photographing their wedding and felt so honored being able to photograph their wedding. Jess and Ryan had a different photographer already booked but after we did their engagement photos at Lambeau field, they decided to hire us! Jess and I emailed back and forth through out the winter into spring, and I’m so glad to say she has become one of our friends! So photographing their wedding was special for us! I’m also really proud of how Jess held it all together, sometimes in weddings things don’t go as you plan. And things didn’t go as planned a couple times that day, and we all made it work in the end!

Colby Wedding Photography~Kayce + Chadd

Another beautiful wedding, and I can tell that summer is nearing an end as I’ve been watching wedding colors turn from bright summer colors to fall colors. And after this hot summer I’m so ready for it too cool down to photograph weddings!! This past Saturday we headed over to Colby to photograph Kayce and Chadd’s wedding. Then we headed over to the Country Aire in Stratford for their reception

Kayce rocked at planning her wedding, and I’m going to say because she is a blog reader Actually no, Kayce works in the wedding industry for a hotel so I know she’s just as familiar with weddings as I am. But seriously Kayce follow all of our blogging tips from the winter from brown wedding shoes, fake eyelashes, to blinging out her bouquet, to her awesome candy bar, and then all the awesome little details! Well planned wedding Kayce, and we enjoyed photographing it all!!

They also chose to do a first look, which of course I love photographing those moments when they first see each other! Their first look was just as great as I can envision them It’s always so special when it’s just the two of them (and of course Ben and I..but we keep our distance) instead of a church full of guests watching them see each other the first time

It’s always fun to watch a groom after the ceremony…as they constantly play with their ring. Every single groom does it, it’s like it’s a foreign object!!

A little past, present, and future photo to end the post! On the left is Chelsea and Matt, we photographed their wedding May 2010. In the middle is us with the Kayce and Chadd (ignore my bangs, like I said it’s been hot photographing weddings). And on the right is Kayce’s sister Sara, and her fiance..we are photographing their October 2011 wedding.

I still have Kayce and Chadd’s blog to post, but I wanted to wait until their slide show is up. So anyways I’m blogging out of order and will post Kayce and Chadd’s photos tomorrow! Tuesday I met up with Brenna to do her senior photos. It was super muggy out and storms were rolling in but we still rocked the session out and beat the rain by about 45 minutes! Appleton Wedding Photography~Bailey + Tim

Friday we headed over to Appleton to photograph Bailey and Tim’s wedding, and WOW was it a great one. They are such a kind, caring, and beautiful couple. And when I we walked in Bailey’s mom hugged us. How could it not be an awesome day with that start. I felt right at home photographing Bailey and Tim’s wedding, and laughed and smiled a lot of the day. Bailey and Tim had their wedding ceremony and reception at the same place, at Homestead Meadows…Which is a beautiful location!

I’ll stop going on about how great of a wedding it was and let you all enjoy the photos from the wedding!

Last Friday I headed over to a new location for Aimee’s senior photos and had a blast. The park she chose was AMAZING, and the best part was that Aimee trashed her prom dress in the river…so great!

Madison Engagement Photography~Eric + Nicole

I’m still behind on blogging, but I’m hoping to catch up with lots of posts today and tomorrow!! Last Tuesday I headed over to Madison to do Eric and Nicole’s engagement photos. They are getting married next August at the Allen Centennial Gardens in Madison. We did some of their engagement photos there, at the terrace and then finished up at the capital. Can’t wait for their wedding next year!

Class of 2011~Pacelli High School~Kate

Last Tuesday I met up with Kate to do her senior photos. We did photos on the soccer field, at the railroad tracks and downtown.

I’m going to discontinue slide shows for engagement sessions and seniors. I hope you all understand, but each one takes me over 3 hours and it’s just really hard to fit it into our schedule. Sorry guys!! But I’ll still be putting up slide shows for weddings!
