Wausau Wedding Photography-Alyssa + Ben

Wedding season is finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited! We have such great couples weddings we’ll be capturing this summer, and after this long cold winter….it’s so great that wedding season is here! We photographed Alyssa and Ben’s wedding a few weeks back. The whole day was full of joy, and excitement. The couple chose to pray together before the ceremony, and had a very heartfelt ceremony including part of the ceremony in Latin. After they were pronounced man and wife a horse drawn carriage was waiting outside the church. It was such a fairytale watching the happy couple in the carriage. After photos we headed over to Jefferson Street Inn where the fun continued all night long! Enjoy the photos!!

Do not save any tasks for the wedding day – if you have some, delegate!

3. Funniest memory from your wedding day?

My trip to dip and kiss during our first dance

Not a thing!

5. Where did you go on your honeymoon?

Montego Bay, Jamaica

6. How did you and your husband meet? How long have you been together?

Our first date was at a coffee shop and we have been together for a year and half.

Two weeks ago Jill and Erick married in a beautiful ceremony officiated by a dear friend of theirs, the ceremony was personalized and perfect for the two of them. We met Jill and Erick for the first time on their wedding day, after chatting on the phone a few times with Jill before the wedding I was so looking forward to meeting Jill and Erick and sharing in their day. They planned their wedding all the way from California, and definitely came back to a chilly Wisconsin for their wedding! But thankfully the sun was shining on their wedding day, and everyone was troopers for photos outside! Enjoy their photos below!

Everything went pretty good so I guess I wouldn’t change anything

We were set up by friends and met at a bar in Marshfield. We dated for 11 years before getting married.

Wausau Baby Plan Photography-Jess’s Maternity Session

I was so excited to finally be able to shoot a portrait session outside, even though it was a little chilly!! This couple is near and dear to our hearts, as we have grown a friendship since we photographed their wedding a few years back! I just love how much Ryan adores Jess, you can see it in the photos Jess and Ryan are expecting their first baby in a few weeks, and like a lot of our baby plan clients they didn’t find out the sex of the baby….so I am anxious to meet their little one, and find out if it’s a girl or boy!
