I’m so excited that busy season is right around the corner, temperatures are warming up, and the beautiful light that graces us in the evening. Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Morgan and Andy. They are expecting a bundle of joy in just over a month! Morgan and I went to high school together and were good friends, so of course it makes photographing them even more special. I can’t wait to photograph them when their little guy arrives!

I love my family. This post is special to me. As Sarah is my cousin, and our Emma loves her cousin Tanner! So of course I love photographing them as well. We met out at a beautiful park last week and took advantage of the beautiful evening light. Tanner is going to be 5 years old in a couple weeks, so of course he was so proud to show me how old he’s going to be! Enjoy!

Green Bay Wedding Photography~Nicole + Eric

Last weekend we headed over to the Green Bay area, to be in fact a town called Kewaunee to photograph Nicole and Eric’s big day. I have been anxiously awaiting Nicole and Eric’s big day as they booked forever ago. Okay not forever but it’s been a long time since we got together for their engagement photos around Door County Their wedding day was perfect day, nothing a little clouds and wind could ruin. They had so many special touches on their day that you’ll see below, my favorites of the day are the beautiful bouquet, the dove release, the awesome trolley, and of course how much fun we had!!

Last weekend we shared in Ethan and Kim’s beautiful spring wedding! We lucked out that spring buds were still in full force, and absolutely beautiful! Kim and Ethan had one of the most emotional first looks we’ve ever photographed. I won’t lie I definitely had a tear in my eye. The love Kim and Ethan share after dating for 8 years is something special, and the whole day was all about their love. We had the best time sharing in their day, enjoy the photos below!

Heather Kessler Photography……The Video

So this has been a LONG time coming. Having a video has been something I’ve always wanted, and I kept putting it off. I wanted to voice to future brides and grooms about my approach to weddings, how weddings make me feel, and of course show some of my favorite images!! Well last month I made this goal a reality when we traveled over to Minnesota to do filming of the video.

Before I get into the details of the video, I need to give out some thank yous. First to a dear friend Bryan, of Bryan Jonathan Weddings, who filmed, and edited the video. Bryan and his wife Sara were great at calming my nerves and making sure everything went perfectly. Also thank you to Amber of Muse Onsite Hair and Makeup. Amber did my hair and makeup, which was so much fun getting done, and she did a FABULOUS job.

I’m very excited to share this video with you……please enjoy
